Check-in can be done 48 hours before your flight through the airline’s website or mobile app. Make sure to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before domestic flights and 3 hours before international flights.

The carry-on baggage allowance is usually up to 10 kg (22 lbs). The maximum dimensions are 55 cm (height) x 35 cm (width) x 25 cm (depth). If your carry-on exceeds these limits, the airline has the right to require it be checked at the counter, with standard baggage fees applied.

Checked baggage allowance may or may not be included in your airfare.

When searching and booking your flight, pay close attention to each airline’s baggage policy. Different airlines have different rules for checked luggage, including allowed weight and dimensions. You can find these details on our website during booking, or contact the airline directly if you have questions.

For security reasons, all sharp, pointed, flammable, and otherwise hazardous items (with some exceptions) must be checked and will be removed from carry-on bags if found. On international trips, liquid containers over 100ml are also not allowed in carry-on bags.

At boarding, you must present a valid photo ID for domestic flights and a passport for international flights. Important: some international destinations may require additional documents. Check with the airline for more details.

If a child or minor is traveling alone or accompanied by someone other than their legal guardian, both parents must authorize the trip. If traveling with only one parent, the other must provide written consent. This authorization must be presented in two original copies with notarized signatures (either by authenticity or similarity).

Authorization is not required if the child is accompanied by both parents, legal guardians, or a relative up to the third degree, as long as the relationship is proven through legally valid documentation.

Seat selection is available at the time of check-in and can be done directly through the airline’s website or app.

To travel with pets, you must contact the airline in advance to check their specific transportation policies.
